To install batteries, please follow the following steps:
- Remove screw on bottom of engine car.
- Using the screwdriver, push the small latch on the bottom of the engine car to unlatch the chassis (base component). At the same time, pull up on the chassis to open the battery compartment.
- Install 2 AAA batteries (not included).
- Push the chassis closed until it clicks.
- Reinstall the screw.
