1. Remove the red pin on blue button. 
  2. Pull open the backdoor then load in the photos one at a time.
  3. Push down the blue button on top of the ear until you hear a click.
  4. The eye will wink as the photo comes out through the mouth.
  5. Remove the photo
  6. Click the same blue button to retract the tongue.
  7. Click again to release the next photo.
