The most common reason your Orbeez are not making their way through the wave is because the Orbeez have shrunk and are too small to be carried through the motor of the wave. That can be fixed by doing the following:
  1. Run motor in reverse to clear the wave of any Orbeez (Orbeez wont grow stuck in the wave)
  2. Add the plug into basin
  3. Add water up to the fill line
  4. Wait 30-60 minutes for your Orbeez to rehydrate
  5. Remove plug and drain water out the rear drain slots
  6. Enjoy your Orbeez Spa!
