1. Make sure your Pixie is charged using her included USB charging cable
  2. Check that the wings can move freely
  3. After charging turn her on with the little switch at the bottom of her dress. Her blinking LED light will begin to slowly flash and then speed up as her wings begin to flutter and then spin faster and faster
