• Make sure you have fresh batteries installed and check that the screw for the battery door is tight:

  • When playing with the elevator, make sure the “ring” indicators on either side of the elevator are lined up with the symbol of the floor you wish to interact with. Once the elevator has landed correctly on the floor, there should be a metallic “clank” sound.

  • Now press the indicator arrow on the “left” if the floor you are interacting with is on the “left” or press the arrow on the “right” if the floor you are interacting with is on the “right”.
