Meccanoid comes pre-programmed to interact in English (US). You can change the language of the robot and choose the following languages: Danish, Dutch, English UK, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Russian, Spanish (Americas), Spanish (EU), and Swedish.
Be sure you are connected to the internet before updating your robot.
To change the language:
- Download the Robot Update software
- Install the software on your computer
- Locate the included USB cable
- Connect USB cable to computer
- Insert micro USB end into the port on the MeccaBrain™
- Open the software wait for the MeccaBrain™ to be detected
- Select your robot type in the first dropdown menu
- In the "Select Language" dropdown menu, choose a new language for your Meccanoid
- In the final dropdown menu select the most recent update version
- Check the box at the bottom for "Total Memory Wipe" for best results
- Click the large blue button to update
