Marshmallow Furniture is fitted with a safety-locking zipper. These zippers are actually designed this way as a safety measure to prevent children from being able to open the cover on their own.

To unzip the cover, slide a paper clip or safety pin through the opening and pull upwards to unlock and slide to unzip.

If the zipper is stuck, double check there is no fabric caught in the track of the zipper.
