• Make sure the tab on the left hand side for the elevator is pulled all the way to the top and the platform is securely flat to the base of the tower.
  • Activate the elevator by pressing down on the red tab (as the tab is lowered, the tab will rise).
  • Once the platform passes the pup packs door, it will swing open and by ready for use.
  • When your pup reaches the top, the Pup Pad will make a "ding" sound indicating you have reached the top.
