Place Patroller on a hard, flat surface. Hold the top-rear of the Patroller with one hand and pull the yellow rear bumper out slightly with the other hand. This will be enough pressure for the side doors to release and swing upwards. 

If the yellow bumper is pulled out too far, the doors will open and the launch ramps will rotate outward. The vehicles should only be loaded onto the ramps when they are positioned inside the Patroller, otherwise the vehicles will roll down the ramps.
