What do I do if my Whale Patroller is not launching the vehicle?

If your Whale Patroller is not launching the vehicle, please try these troubleshooting steps:

Please ensure that the Whale Patroller is on a flat surface.
Make sure the front wheels of the vehicle is nested within the grooves inside the Whale Patroller before launch.
Check that the windshield/mouth of the Whale Patroller is fully closed.
