The water feature won't project out of Marshall's launcher. What do I do?

To use the water feature from Marshall's launcher, please follow these steps:

The Marshall vehicle does not have projectile launchers.
The water feature triggered by the button is spring-loaded and ejects out when the button is pressed and springs back in when the button is released.
