• Try resetting the Pixie by turning her ON and OFF again
  • Ensure you are keeping adequate distance between your hand and the Pixie. If you get too close, she’ll fly farther away. This could be causing her to fly very high unintentionally.
  • If that doesn't work, reset and launch Pixie from her base.
