Please ensure that the playset is on a hard, flat surface. The playset will not operate while it is in the air or if it is not on a flat surface. 

If your El Toro Loco’s Venom Velocity Scorpion Playset is not turning on, please ensure that there are batteries installed in the playset. This playset requires 4 AA batteries.
