If your Hatchimals HatchiBabies is not making any sounds right out of the package, please make sure you have removed both key locks from the bottom of the egg. Try to reinsert both pegs in egg and twist to pull out again so your Hatchimals HatchiBabies knows it's time to wake up!
Remember that your Hatchimals HatchiBabies™ can't hatch without your help! If you put the egg down on the table your Hatchimal™ can't tell if you're there and will stop hatching.
If your Hatchimals HatchiBabies™ was working but is having trouble hatching it may be tired. Let’s give it a short nap.
Place your Hatchimals HatchiBabies™ on a flat surface and wait a few seconds. Pick the Hatchimals HatchiBabies™ back up. Your Hatchimal™ should be responding now!
If your Hatchimal™ is still having trouble hatching after a short nap, it may need a bit of rocking back and forth.
After gently rocking back and forth, put the egg down on a flat surface and wait a few seconds, then pick the egg back up. Your Hatchimal™ should be responding now!
