• Check the propellers for hair and debris. Remove the hair and debris and try the Air Hogs Supernova again.
  • Check for any breakage of the propellers. If a prop is broken, replace using the extra props provided and remove with the prop removal tool.
  • Make sure when you START the Air Hogs Supernova, that you start it by holding it and simulating a free fall. Hold on to it for 1-2 second and then release and interact with the sensors. The more you interact with the Air Hogs Supernova, the more it will understands its orientation.
  • If it is drifting towards one way or another, trim the Air Hogs Supernova (just like a drone) with constant interaction with the sensors. Ex. If it is drifting towards the right, do multiple quick gestures on the right sensor to correct it back towards the left.
  • Make sure you are playing with the Air Hogs Supernova in a clear space, ideally 10ft x 10ft. Make sure your surroundings are clear of chairs, tables etc.
  • If it flies too high, place your hand under the bottom sensor and slowly bring it back down. If it flies too far out of reach, you will need to make sure you wait for the battery to runs out for it to come back down. Avoid spaces with high objects that the Air Hogs Supernova can go above (bookshelves etc.). Remember, there is no sensor on the top of the Air Hogs Supernova, so placing your hand on top will not help it come back down.
  • Make sure you are playing in an area that is free of strong winds/AC.
  • When all else fails, turn off the Supernova and turn it back on. If it is still erratic, turn it off and recharge.
  • Relaunching will sometimes launch the Air Hogs Supernova in an uncalibrated mode. Recommendation is to switch Air Hogs Supernova completely off and turn it back on after stopping it.
  • If it is flying too low, make sure your Air Hogs Supernova is charged fully before playing with it again.
  • Make sure when you launch the Air Hogs Supernova that you wait for it to finish flashing yellow and turns green before you launch it. When you turn it on, make sure it is right side up with the LED light core facing upward, otherwise it will not turn green to say it is ready to launch.
