What do I do if my thread keeps unraveling when I'm done stitching?

If your thread keeps unraveling, please try these troubleshooting steps:

Please ensure that you use the cutting tab and do NOT cut right below the needle - this will not lock the stitch.
Do not cut the string too short. Leave at least 2.5 cm / 1 inch or it will come undone.
The machine may have skipped a stitch; please pull out the thread and redo this stitch.
