1. Wet the scrunchie thoroughly and wring out the excess water.
  2. Wrap your dye string (of your preferred color) around the scrunchie securely.
  3. Place in ziplocked bag and place under a heavy item overnight to have the string fully release the dye into the scrunchies.
  4. Remember to wear gloves!
