To switch your Ms Rachel Speak and Sing Doll to low volume mode, turn the doll to the OFF position. Select the middle option on the battery box to activate low volume mode. 

To reset your Ms Rachel Speak and Sing Doll, turn the doll to the OFF position and then select the far right option to switch to high volume mode.
