What do I do if my Punirunes will not turn on?

If your Punirunes will not turn on, please try the following steps:

Press the Squishy Button to turn on the LCD screen if the screen has turned black.
Ensure that there are fresh batteries installed in the pod.
If these do not resolve the issue, press the reset button at the back of the Punirune pod lightly with a pencil.
