Caution: Reseting your Bitzee erases all collected pets and progress. 

To reset your Bitzee, please see the troubleshooting steps below:
1. Swipe from left to right on the swipe bar to access the settings menu.
2. Slide your finger on the swipe bar until you see the reset icon (red exclamation mark).
3. Place the Bitzee on a flat surface.
4. Touch and hold the center of the swipe bar.
5. A countdown should appear. Keep holding until the countdown ends.
6. You have reset your Bitzee! Remember that you will need to slide your finger from left to right on the swipe bar to restart the tutorial before you can play with your Bitzee.
