My deco pen isn't picking up the decos, what do I do?

If your deco pen isn't picking up the decos, please try these troubleshooting tips:

Please ensure that the deco pen is clean. Dusty or dirty tips won't pick up the decos.
Rinse with water and dry off to remove any dust or debris from the tip.
